Ballymoney Real Estate Services, Inc. has managed more than ten million dollars in construction projects for our clients over the years, ranging from small tenant fit-outs to ground-up development and shopping center expansion projects.

Our company performs the bidding for all aspects of our client’s construction related matters.  We utilize union contractors when appropriate, and non-union contractors when possible. Ballymoney also acts as a general contractor for smaller tenant fit-out projects as well as the following property needs, saving our clients fees from generals, architects, and engineers:
